This is a question I hear frequently. It is a valid one considering that a dangerous rumor exists that says the immigration process is simple. I equate the work of an Immigration Representative to that of a midwife.
How many mothers will risk having a baby without someone around? Many years ago--before we discovered the internet--mothers were able to deliver on their own with minimum complications. Today, our diets cannot allow even the healthiest mother to deliver a baby without the fear of complication.
Immigration law is a jigsaw that presents problems to most applicants, if not all. Since I began my practice, I have not seen a neat application that has been completed without help. In the processing centres, people get disqualified because of errors that would have been avoided if the application was midwifed.
The statistics may not be available in the public domain but the number of DIYers (do it yourself people) that have been denied visas they deserved is alarming.
You have a choice to either succeed or be a statistic.
