Are You Out of Status?
A good number of immigrants are stuck in the USA, Europe, Australia and other parts of the world without active visas. Please know that there are ways we can work around your "Out of Status" situation safely without destroying your chances. Please ensure that:
1. You have kept your I-94 or other proof of landing intact
2. You are not arraigned for criminality e.g wife or husband battering, fraud, impersonation, misrepresentation, and DUI
3. You have a valid passport
There are declarations that applicants need to make especially if they have family in their country of origin who they want to include or exclude from the application.
The level of disclosure is fairly high and applicants are encouraged to tell me all about their life overseas.
